Learn how to make a beaded mala to use during your relaxation breaks and mindful breathing exercises.
Here are the materials you'll need in order to make a beaded mala:
1 popsicle stick, 2 pipe cleaners, your choice of 16-20 small beads (must fit through pipe cleaners), 1 dark-colored marker, and scissors.
